At SoSleep, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. Customers may inspect and handle products only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the item shows signs of use beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value. This follows EU and US consumer rules on withdrawals and fair handling of returned goods.

Items should be returned with original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including where permitted by applicable law:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
  • digital content once delivery has started with your prior consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item because you changed your mind within the 14-day cancellation period, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we state otherwise. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return cost or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, as required under EU rules.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, or proof that you have sent it back, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. If your return is based on the 14-day right of withdrawal, we will reimburse:

  • the price of the returned item; and
  • the cost of the standard delivery option originally paid, if applicable.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery, the additional cost will not be refunded. Refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sosleep.store with your order number and photos of the issue.

Under EU consumer rules, customers have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. Where applicable, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund at no cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card provider or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
