At SoSleep, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping — Free
    Estimated delivery in 6–10 business days
  • Express Shipping — Paid
    Estimated delivery in 3–6 business days
    The shipping cost for Express Shipping will be shown at checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1– 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • As a dropshipping store, some orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or warehouses.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days

While we do our best to meet these delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • courier delays;
  • customs processing;
  • peak seasons;
  • weather disruptions; or
  • incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries in the European Union and the United States.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or after placing your order, and any payment made for an unavailable shipment will be refunded.

5. Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

6. Split Shipments

Because we operate as a dropshipping store, products may be shipped from different warehouses or suppliers. This means:

  • items in the same order may arrive separately;
  • packages may arrive on different days; and
  • tracking numbers may differ for different items in the same order.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on your country’s rules.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Incorrect Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.

9. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@sosleep.store and we will look into it.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

10. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery at info@sosleep.store with:

  • your order number;
  • clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
